Jesse Darrell Sorrells, 61, of Vinton died Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born Feb. 24, 1962, in Lexington, he was a son of Jesse Edward Sorrells and Sandra McCormick Sorrells Slough.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Ann Sorrells.
Jesse was employed by Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital for over 20 years in technical support. He enjoyed computers, gardening, music and he loved cats.
Surviving are his daughter, Jillian Sorrells; one grandchild on the way; a sister, Kimberly Shafer; and aunt Sharon Agee.
There will be no funeral service.
