Bernard Burnette Martin Jr., 68, of
Bernard was predeceased by his father, Bernard “Sonny” Martin; his mother, Thelma Garrett Martin; and his brothers, Melvin and Wylie Martin.
Bernard was an auto mechanic who retired from Rockbridge Auto Parts. He had an immense love for his family, fishing, and the mountains.
Surviving are his sons, Samuel Martin and Derrick Martin; grandchildren, Drayden Martin, Hadleigh Martin and Kyler Martin; brothers, James Martin, Victor Martin and Kenny Roberts; sisters, Susie Martin, Linda Bayly, Laura Seay, Sheila Wallace, and Gale Seay; and the mother of his sons, Carol Martin.
There will be no service at this time.
Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
