CHARLES MOORE SR.

Charles Emory Moore Sr., 79, of Lexington died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024, at his home.

Born Aug. 12, 1944 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of George Albert Moore and Mary Ella Entsminger Moore.

Charles retired from Wilco in Raphine with 25 years of service.

Surviving are his children, Wanda M. Moore, William M. Moore and Charles E. Moore Jr.; one brother, Alvin Moore; two sisters, Debbie Knick and Carol Culliton; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at the Alvin D. Moore home, 116 Reds Drive, Lexington.

Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
