Virginia Louise Plogger, 70, of Glasgow died Feb. 6

Virginia Louise Plogger, 70, of Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, at her home.

Born in Lexington on April 3, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Sam Ramsey and Hazel Irene Dunn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Hugh Plogger Sr.

Surviving Mrs. Plogger are a son, William Plogger Jr.; a daughter, Melissa Plogger Clark; Virginia's fiancé, Justin D. Scott; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Virginia was retired from Virginia Military Institute and was a member of the Lexington Moose Lodge.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
