Friday - Washington and Lee University's mock convention got off to a rip-roaring start this morning with the traditional delegates' parade. Students representing all of the states and territories rode in floats they'd decorated, often yelling in support of their state.
The mock convention sessions at the W&L tennis center begin today at 12:30 p.m., with the voting to take place at the end of the fourth session Saturday afternoon. Tickets are sold out, but the event is being livestreamed on the mock convention website.
