Notice is hereby given per Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia and Section 808 of the County of Rockbridge Land Development Regulations (the Regulations) that the following public hearings will be held by the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors on Monday, February 26, 2024, at
or after 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room in the County Administration Building, 150 South Main Street, Lexington, Virginia 24450 to consider the following applications: 1) Regina D. Donald, 2766 Brownsburg Turnpike, Brownsburg, Virginia 24415 has made an application for a conditional zoning map amendment. The property is owned by Regina D. Donald (address above) and is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Brownsburg Turnpike (Route 252) and Sterrett Road (Route 724). The property is currently in the General Residential (R-1) Zoning District. The application is to rezone the property to the Agricultural and General Uses (A-2) Zoning District, with acceptance of potential proffers.
