The CIEE Grant Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was attended by local coordinator Cindy Miller. Miller has been a grants coordinator since 2005 and has attended almost yearly trainings to learn updates about the various grant programs. The three grant programs are CBYX (Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange), YES (Youth Exchange and Study) and FLX (Future Leaders Exchange).
