Although it was a bit windy and chilly, the Spring Vendor Event was a big success. There were 22 vendors with a little something for everyone, and even an opportunity to play a little corn hole. Thanks to all who took part and to the community for supporting this event. The regular Farmers’ Market will open this weekend, Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friends and family of the late Kathy Mabe attended a memorial program in her memory held on Sunday afternoon in the community center at Skyline Manor Apartments.
