Betty Hinkle Williams, 88, of Lexington died Feb. 6

     Betty Hinkle Williams, 88, of Lexington died Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, at UVA  Medical  Center.

Born Nov. 28, 1934, in West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Atha Andrew Hinkle and Freda Madeline Gifford Hinkle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Floyd Williams.

Betty was a member of Kerrs  Creek  Baptist  Church.

Surviving are her children, Kathy Williams Breeden and Debby Williams; one grandson, Brian Breeden; and one great- grandchild, Callie Mae Breeden.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at Harrison Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow New Monmouth Presbyterian Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
