This year, the Rockbridge Community Health Foundation has started a new grant option for multiple-year large, high-impact projects that closely relate to the needs found on the Rockbridge Community Health Needs Assessment.

This grant has the option of renewal for up to three years. The idea behind this new opportunity is to fund programs that are needed in the community but have not been started due to initial costs and the sustainability of the program. For the 2024 grant cycle, RCHF has decided to fund Rockbridge Community Services for its School Intervention Specialists Program.
