Juneteenth celebrations took place in Glasgow and Lexington last Friday and Saturday nights. Both events featured variety of activities, including a dinner, a program on segregation and the transition to desegregation, and a movie in Glasgow; and music, food and a visit by the Lexington Police Department's new mounted unit in Lexington.
