Carnival Time In Raphine

Unlike as in many previous years, the weather was beautiful – no rain and no bad heat – for the Raphine fireman’s carnival last week. The carnival ran Wednesday through Saturday, with a parade that drew thousands on Friday evening. (Mary Woodson photos)
