After making an impressive comeback, the Parry McCluer High School football team suffered a 46-38 road loss to Prince Edward County on Friday night in Farmville.
The Fighting Blues (1-1) were down 46-24 early in the fourth quarter and scored two touchdowns before time ran out, as the Eagles (1-1) escaped with the victory.
After playing their first two games on the road, the Blues will have their first home game next Friday when they play host to James River (1-1) at 7 p.m. at Bobby Williams Field in Buena Vista.
