Faith Baptist Church will have a Men’s Prayer Breakfast this morning at 8. A church dinner will be held on Sept. 15 and revival services with Brother Randy Perry will take place Sept 15-18.
Many thanks to Dave VanOsten for leading a morning prayer service this past Sunday and to the Rev. Anne Grizzle for leading Holy Eucharist by the river on Sept. 1 for St. John’s annual “Worship by the River” service with Boys Home of Virginia and Christ Church Buena Vista. Thanks also to Bert Buford and Josh Gardner for providing music this past Sunday, as well as to Sallie Theileke for hosting coffee hour and to all who provided food and supplies for the luncheon after the river service on the Sept. 1.
