Wall That Heals Starts Visit

ConnectionsPlus Healthcare + Hospice is partnering with the city of Covington and the Covington VFW Post 1033 to bring the traveling replica of the Vietnam Wall Memorial in Washington, D.C., to Covington, where it can be seen at the Jackson River Sports Complex through Sunday. The kickoff event was held at Lee Hi Travel Plaza, and then the truck carrying the replica, along with an escort of motorcyclists, antique cars and police, proceeded down U.S. 11 (below) to downtown Lexington before it headed to Covington.
