The past couple of weeks have interesting to say the least. My cat had to have surgery and be inside for a week, which he didn’t like as he is an outdoor cat. But he is now doing much better. This past Thursday, my friend, Vickie Wilt, her daughter, Jeannie Campbell, and I traveled to Lancaster, Pa., for our Christmas shopping. On Friday after shopping until the late afternoon, the alternator in our van quit working. So hopefully we can get it fixed on Monday and I will be back to Vesuvius.
