Coleman Honored By School Board
The Buena Vista School Board last week also recognized its Employee of the Month for October, Melissa Coleman.
Coleman works at Parry McCluer Middle School and has served as a coordinator for the gifted program. Buena Vista Superintendent Tony Francis said that she “is always willing to go the extra mile to find a solution to any problem. She meets the students at their level, but encourages students to believe they can excel and helps provide the tools they need to do their best. She is usually enrolled in at least one class to further her own education and bring those new skills to both students and staff. She is an invaluable part of the PMMS teaching and leadership teams.”
