Mark Cline will lead a program on “Ghosts in Rockbridge Baths” at the Rockbridge Baths Fire Department following the Rockbridge CAN dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
The schedule for the evening includes bingo at 5, the dinner at 6 and the program at 7.
Participants are welcome to attend all three parts of the schedule, any two parts, or only one. Everything is free. Donations are welcome but not required.
Cline will share his stories about ghosts and other haunted things. He will also ask members of the audience to tell their stories about ghosts in or near Rockbridge Baths. Everyone who has seen, or heard about, ghosts in this area is encouraged to come and talk about them.
Cline lives quietly in Rockbridge Baths, but his fiberglass figures have been displayed throughout the United States and as far away as Lebanon. He has taken thousands of people on his ghost tours in Lexington and has led simulated séances in his studio.
His fascination with haunted things began early in his life. As a teenager he and his friends would spend whole nights “ghost hunting” in abandoned houses that were alive with creepy sounds and shadowy apparitions.
