Rockbridge County High School senior and competition cheerleading team member Emily Humphreys spray paints the Spirit Rock outside the school last week as senior Addy Clark, junior Willow Rogers, assistant coach Lindsey Ramsey, senior Emma Hall, and freshman Ariana Mitchell watch. Painting the spirit rock is a RCHS tradition, giving every team that makes it to a VHSL State Championship the chance to decorate the rock, and the team earned that right when they won the regional title the Saturday before last.
