The Rockbridge Breakfast Club, a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization, awarded the first Ronnie Campbell Memorial Scholarship in 2024 to Tristan Brown, a graduating high school senior at Rockbridge County High School. The recipient is currently attending Byers Welding in Buena Vista.

Named in memory of Ronnie Campbell, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, retired Virginia state trooper, dedicated public servant who served on the Rockbridge County School Board and the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors, this scholarship reflects his lifelong commitment to community service and education.

In 2023, the first fundraiser was held at the VMI Center for Leadership and Ethics and raised several thousand dollars for the scholarship program.
