Three Parry McCluer High School volleyball players were named to the all-region second team last week.
The Fighting Blues honored were senior setter Natalie Mohler, junior middle hitter Kadence Zollman and sophomore setter Keely Mahaffey.
Under the direction of third-year head coach Jessie Moala, PM went 15-12. As the third seed in the district tournament, the Blues won their first district title since 2005, coming back from two sets down in the finals to earn a 3-2 road win over top seed Narrows. The Blues concluded their season with a 3-0 home loss to Grayson County in the Region 1C quarterfinals.
