Area residents got to see over 400 nativity scenes from all over the world during the Community Festival of Nativities over the weekend at the Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-day Saints south of Lexington. Among the children enjoying the nativities were Felicity Cassell (above) and Kate Haver (below right). Among the nativities on loan from local residents was a hand-carved one (below left) by Margaret Christian, the 92-year-old mother of Peggy Reithmiller. (Mary Woodson photos)
