‘Snowman’s Joy’ At Glasgow Library Saturday

The Local History Center of Rockbridge Regional Library System will offer a free children’s program, “Snowman Joy,” on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Glasgow Public Library.

“Snowman Joy” will feature the history of the snowman and include fun facts and crafts.
