The winners of the Buena Vista Christmas parade Thursday, Dec. 5, were as follows: Education - Parry McCluer Middle School, Enderly Heights Elementary.

Golf cart - Slim & Shorty. Fire department – Glasgow, South River. Rescue - Natural Bridge, Buena Vista. Business - Dominion Energy. Parade theme - Modine Manufacturing. Judge’s choice – U.S. Forest Service. Tractor-trailer - Lee Hi Travel Plaza, Old School Racing.

Jeeps - Brian Moore, Ray Hall, Paul Schweighart.

Religious - Faith Mountain Baptist Church, Glenwood Humble Beginning Christian Church.

Best appearing car - Edward Coffey, Jay Thorne.

Best appearing truck - Billy Staton, Cole Chittum.

Special youth group – RARO. Other - Southern Virginia University Band, Monacan Indians.
