Visitors Sunday were Scott’s sister and husband, Kathy and Ted Durham.

The winners of last Sunday’s Souper Bowl Kid’s Baking Championship were as follows: first place — Everly Myers with éclair cake; second place — Cora Myers with banana pudding; People’s Choice — tie between Caroline Lotts with chocolate cake and Julianne Lotts with cookie dough fudge.

Donna Lotts, children’s ministry leader, announced an ice skating trip to Lancerlot Sports Complex in Vinton on March 5. Donna needs a firm RSVP by Feb. 26.

Ash Wednesday service will be today at 7 p.m.

Small Group meets Thursday, Feb 23, at 7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Joe Hawes will lead the bible study. Guests are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

Presbyterian Women’s officers will be installed by past moderator Lorna Whisler on Sunday, Feb. 26, during church service. After church service, everyone is invited to a salad and sides luncheon. Presbyterian Women’s annual meeting will be led by Carol Tolley, moderator, after the luncheon.

Bob and Kathy Gilbert recently attended the 90th birthday of Kathy’s mother, Jane Widener, of New Bern, N.C.

The Natural Bridge/ Glasgow Food Pantry will be open Thursday, Feb. 25, from 9 to 11 a.m.
