During Buena Vista’s time-honored tradition of Horses’ Christmas on Dec. 8, Rachel, playing the part of Mrs. Claus, grabs apple and carrot treats from the Christmas Tree. Rachel joined her stablemates from Half-Halt Inc. Equine-Assisted Therapies, Learning and Programs of Buena Vista at the event at Glen Maury Park. Assisting in the equine presentation was the weekly Half-Halt Kids Mentoring Group who received trophies and prizes for their costuming efforts.
