The newly elected and re-elected members of the Lexington City Council (above), John Driscoll, Marylin Alexander and Leslie Straughan, and Mayor Frank Friedman (left) were all sworn in for their terms in Rockbridge County Circuit Court on Jan. 2 by Michelle Trout, clerk of the circuit court.
