Feb. 3, 2025 Editor, The News-Gazette: Thank you for your wonderful story about Fairfield Elementary School’s “Holidays Around the World” event.
Both of my children attend FES and this was a fun and insightful way for the students to learn about other cultures. I am so happy that the kids were given a chance to learn about other holidays and traditions as well as their countries of origin. What a splendid way to begin the holiday break!
We are so fortunate to have Principal Loret and his creative, energetic, charismatic leadership. He, along with the dedicated PTO and stellar teachers and staff at FES, make it a supportive environment for students to thrive. I hope events like this will continue.
