Ladies Fellowship Time at Faith Baptist Church will be March 6 at 10 a.m. Many thanks to the Rev. Jeanette Pillsbury for leading a service of Holy Eucharist this past Sunday at St. John’s as well as to Bert Buford and Josh Gardner for providing music for the service. Thanks also to Jason Hickman for serving as Lessons Reader. And thanks to Bill and Sharon White and Nat Massie for hosting coffee hour. Next week, morning prayer will be led by St. John’s senior warden, Dave VanOsten.

A trash pickup along James River Road will take place on Saturday, March 11, between 1 and 5 p.m. weather permitting. We will focus on two main areas: between the entrance at Arnolds Valley Road and Robert E. Lee Drive and between the Circle and Big Hellgate Road. If anyone would like to volunteer to help out with this pickup, which would be greatly appreciated, please contact me before the date. Orange trash bags, safety vests and gloves will be provided.
