DAVID CHAMBERLIN

David Waller Chamberlin, age 79, passed away, his wife of 56 years by his side, on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Kendal in Lexington, after a struggle with Alzheimer’s.

A native of Waterford, Va., he was the beloved husband of Carolee, dear father of Justin, Rebecca, and Marion; fatherin- law to Wendy, Keith, and Sephora; and grandfather to Claire and Cal. David was an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoyed hiking and traveling with his wife. He was also creative, expressed via tenderly caring for his vineyard, native rewilding both his own garden and areas in the towns he lived, and working with wood to make beautiful custom furniture for family members.
