Gary Wayne Meadows, 72, of Lexington, formerly of Pineville, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg. He was a Vietnam veteranand proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked many years as a great body shop man who could fix or paint anything. He also worked many years at Midway Auto Parts in Raphine. He was predeceased in death by his wife Shirley Meadows, mother Oma Meadows, son Gary Wayne Meadows Jr. of Berryville, and stepson Tory Wood (Jessie) of Buena Vista. He is survived by his loving family, daughter Jackie Webb, brother Butch Meadows of Lexington, sister Marsha Rexrode (Rexx) of Salisbury N.C., step-daughter Tammy Potter (Darron) of Lexington, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved him very much.
