Born July 7, 1964, in Lexington, she was a daughter of the late George Albert Moore and Mary Entsminger Moore.

Charlotte was a member of Ebenezer A.R. Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her siblings, Charles Moore Sr., Carol Culliton, Alvin D. Moore and Debra Moore Knick; many special nieces and nephews and special niece Alice Hartless and husband Hubie, who took care of her in her last two and half years.

Special thanks to Marjorie Hartless, who was her caregiver along with sister Debbie Knick.

A funeral service was held Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bryan Volpe and Dorsey Hostetter officiating. Burial followed at Rapps Mill Cemetery.
