Ronald Edward Williams, 61, of Ohio, formerly of Lexington, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024. 

Born on Oct. 9, 1962, he was a son of the late Stella Virginia Horne Williams and Paul Burton Williams.

He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Lexington Fire Department.

Surviving are his children, Ethan Paul Williams and Erin Nicole Williams; sisters, Sharon Williams Nicely and Betty Williams Moore; and two grandchildren, Jaydon Potter and Cora Williams.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Bryan Volpe.  Burial will follow at Kerrs CreekBaptist ChurchCemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
