Born April 1, 1952, she was a daughter of Ada Marie Wiginton and Raymond Earl Bookman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Huwig.

Judith enjoyed gardening, playing games and spending time with family.

Surviving are her children, Katie Sloan (James) and Brandon Mays (Sandra); grandchildren, Rylan Mays and Allie Mays; siblings, Donna Vickery, Billy Bookman, Tracy Bookman and Bryan Bookman.

The funeral was conducted Monday, Sept. 9, at Harrison Funeral Home by Dorsey Hostetter. Burial followed at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements were by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
