Dorothy Lucille (Crist) Camden, 89, of Staunton went to be with the Lord in her sleep on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living. 

She was born in Lexington on Nov. 1, 1934, a daughter of the late Arthur R. and Lula Virginia (Breedlove) Crist.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, at Sherlynd BaptistChurch, 20 Winterview Lane, Lyndhurst, with Pastors Allen George and Doug Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at WhiteHill Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Charlton and Groome Funeral Home in Fishersville, Virginia.
