She was born in Lexington on Nov. 1, 1934, a daughter of the late Arthur R. and Lula Virginia (Breedlove) Crist.

A funeral service was conducted Saturday, Oct. 12, at Sherlynd Baptist Church, Lyndhurst, with Pastors Allen George and Doug Brooks officiating. Burial followed at White Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Charlton and Groome Funeral Home in Fishersville, Virginia.
