She is best described as a wild child with a gypsy soul. She had a free spirit and a rebel heart that wasn’t meant to be tamed. Her favorite quote, “imperfection is beauty,” was something she held close and words that defined her.

Hallee is survived by her father, Donald “Donnie” McGowan, and mother, Wanda Conner; siblings, Brandi Dominguez (Rene), Amber Vidal (Alberto), and Nathan Horne (Becca); two uncles, Terry McGowan and Wayne Carter;and several nieces and nephews. Hallee brought into this world two precious children, Raylin Ratcliff and Elsie McGowan.

A funeral service was conducted Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by Pastor Eric Evje. Burial was private.
