He was born Aug. 17, 1962, a son of the Lilly Darlene Harlow and the late Clarence Easley Harlow.

Also preceding him in death was his sister Lisa Harlow Smith.

He was a member of Natural Bridge Baptist Church and employed by McKee Bakeries for many years. Jeff loved football, he played for Natural Bridge High School and enjoyed watching UVa Cavaliers. He dearly loved his family and helping others in any way he could.

Surviving are his mother, Darlene Harlow; a brother, Clarence Eugene Harlow (Cyndy); several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews; special friends Linda Ferguson, Susan and Ward Snyder, and Cheryl and Robin.

A funeral was conducted Friday, Oct. 25, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. W. David Bain. Burial followed at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.
