Patricia Elizabeth Bracken Dindinger, 95, of Lexington died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at Kendal of Lexington. 

Born Oct. 24, 1929, in Pittsburgh, Pa., she was the daughter of Joseph Paul Bracken and Patricia Kelly Bracken.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Wilson Dindinger, retired colonel, USMC. 

Patricia was a longtime member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Staunton and a dedicated member of the Kendal Singers while residing at Kendal of Lexington.

Surviving are her children, Gail Flintom (John), Heidi Smoot (Will), John Dindinger (Debi), Tad Dindinger (Rene') and Leigh Mayo (Mike); 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service led by Reverend John Peterson will be held at the Memorial Rose Garden at Covenant Presbyterian, Staunton, Virginia, in May 2025.”

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Covenant Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
