Clara Carter Hall, 75, of Lexington died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025. 

Born July 14, 1949, she was a daughter of the late John Justice Carter and Nettie Higgins Carter.

Also preceding her in death is her husband, Ray Lee Hall.

Clara was a member of Faith BaptistChurch and retired from Waddell Elementary School.

Surviving are her children, LeAlice Vest (Eric), Ginny Montgomery (John), and J.R. Hall; three grandchildren, Adam Camden (Megan), Ashley Vest, and John Wesley Montgomery (Kelsey); six great-grandchildren, Dylan Camden, Airica Clark, Katie Bug, Elizabeth Montgomery, Wesley Montgomery and Raylyn Camden; and siblings Margaret "Sissy" Fauber and Joe Carter.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at Harrison Funeral Home by the Rev. William Thomas. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
