Debra Chittum Montgomery, 70, of Buena Vista died Saturday, March 8, 2025. 

Born April 6, 1954, in Lexington, she was the daughter of the late James Lawrence Chittum and Catherine Secrist Mutispaugh.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, David Chittum.

 Surviving are her son, Roman W. Montgomery; sisters, Jane C. Wheeler, Margie T. Coffey, Brenda C. Moran and Linda C. Chittum; and brother, James H. Chittum.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Green Hill Cemetery by Pastor Butch Grow. 

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
