Born Oct. 20, 1926, in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late H.J. Miller and Eliza Radie Wilhelm Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Russell Tolley. Pauline was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Pauline was a member of Kerrs Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Tolley are her children, Milton R. Tolley (Karen), Rodney E. Tolley, Randall L. Tolley (Debby), and Phyllis T. Sensabaugh (Chuck); eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and two special nieces, Lisa and Donna.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, April 19, at Kerrs Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Reese officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Connections Plus Hospice, P.O. Box 948, Lexington, VA 24450.
