BUFORD CLARK
BUFORD CLARK
Born July 28, 1937, in Rockbridge County, he was the son of Adolphus and Sally Clark.
He was predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Tillie Clark.
Surviving are his daughters Teresa Kauth (Fred) of Easton, Pa., and Angela Clark (Patrick Harris) of Natural Bridge Station; granddaughter, Jessica Lord (Tighe); three great-granddaughters, Everest, Ellian and Haven; and siblings, Gladys Allen, Harold Clark, Jane Patrick and Wayne Clark.
A humble, kind and gentle man of few words, he represented Jesus by the way he lived his life and treated others. He enjoyed and appreciated the simple pleasures of life. You could find him anytime playing his guitar and singing, gardening, splitting wood, and of course, reading his bible.
We would like to thank Galax Health and Rehab, as well as Hospice, for the care, compassion, dignity and respect they showed him during his journey to the end.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Buford’s memory may be made to Medi Home Health & Hospice, 336 N. Washington Ave., Pulaski, VA 24301. Memorial contributions may also be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
