Patsy Camper Bryant got her call to heaven on Jan. 29, 2023.

Born Aug. 11, 1938, in Buena Vista, she was a daughter of the late Howard Alexander Camper and Marie Rowsey Camper.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sibling, Ted A. Camper.

Patsy was a member of the Blue Ridge Baptist church. She retired from George C. Marshall Foundation after 24 years of service and she also volunteered at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Surviving are her husband, Charles Leo Bryant; children, Rhonda Bryant Wilmore (Todd), Christopher Lee Bryant (Gail); one sister, Doris St. Clair of Natural Bridge; three grandchildren, Michala Grace Bryant, Faith Marie Wilmore and Grant Alexander Bryant; and many nieces and nephews.

Family extends thanks to the Kendal Staff for their excellent care.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Green Hill Cemetery with Pastor Ralph Coleman officiating. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Blue Ridge Baptist Church. Family will receive friends after the celebration of life service.
