He was born Jan. 12, 1948, in Rockbridge County, the son of the late Oliver James Camden Sr. and Lilly Floyd Camden.

He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Oliver James Camden Jr. and Jerry Camden.

Surviving are his three children, Cindy Fitzgerald, James Roberts and Timmy Roberts; special granddaughter, Sheena Davis; special great-granddaughter, Zoey O’Daniel; brothers, Johnny Philip Camden, Clarence Camden, Jimmy Camden and Ray Camden; sisters, Brenda Camden and Linda Henson; and 20 nieces and nephews.

There will be no service at this time.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
