The Rockbridge Baths Volunteer Fire Department is seeking artists and crafters of all media as well as artisan food producers to participate as vendors in the first Fall Arts and Crafts Festival to be held on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the firehouse.
